Paul wrote two letters to Timothy and one to Titus to help them serve as his apostolic representatives in Ephesus and Crete, respectively. In these letters he gave clear instructions regarding the establishment and ongoing government of the local church, how to prevent false doctrine from taking over, and how the congregation members were to live with each other and the surrounding culture.

In this course, we will give special attention to the structure of local church government (elders and deacons), the role of women in ministry, and the effect of false doctrine on God’s people. We will approach the books from a normative, classical/traditional dispensational perspective.

This course provides one video for each of the 13 chapters, plus a brief overview of each book. Click the following links for notes on each book plus an excerpt from Dr. Goepfrich’s book, New Testament Chapter by Chapter.
