“Theology is for everyone
Indeed, everyone needs to be a theologian. In reality, everyone is a theologian ā of one sort or another. And therein lies the problem. There is nothing wrong with being an amateur theologian or a professional theologian, but there is everything wrong with being an ignorant or sloppy theologian.ā

Mr. Goepfrich is an awesome teacher. He cares that his students get a good grasp of the Greek to rightly interpret the scriptures. I received encouragement from him many times along the way.

The Greek classes were amazingly well done and presented. The lectures and workbook videos explained material in a way that was way beyond just using the textbook and workbook alone. I have been able to glean and apply material for my work in the ministry. This whole course has turned me into a total NT Greek addict.

I used Hermeneutics for Everyone for sermon prep this week. I used to turn to commentaries very early, but [this week] spent 4 days on step 1. I can honestly say I know the text very well after using the steps in this book.

I appreciate your [Greek] class. It was practical, to the point. … And, Daniel does well at communicating outside of the lectures. If I ever had questions, he was quick to get back to me to make sure that I understood.
Lorraine M.
The [Greek] course is presented with excellence and the guidance it provides is exemplary. Professor Goepfrich has done a fabulous job instructing and leading the videos. … I appreciate Professor Goepfrich for his commitment to keeping in touch with his students. I can confidently say that the video curriculum was a lifesaver for a ‘student like myself’.

I just purchased Hermeneutics for Everyone on Kindle and have read some of it. I am in the process of reading it. Your information on Bible translations is very well laid out and extremely helpful. It sums up my quest on finding the translation to read and to teach from. Some of what you wrote is similar to what I have discovered but have not been able to articulate like you have.Ā I have shared it with my recommendation on Facebook and have already had an inquiry.

Biblical Discipleship exceeded my expectations. I was hoping the book would help me think through discipleship and how it needed to be done based off the Scriptures. It not only help me determine how it needed to be done but it helped me evaluate where I am on āthe pathā. I have only read it once but it will be a text for me for a period of time.Ā I have been told a million times to Love but not how to mature to the point where it happens as an outpouring from a life lived from devotion to God. I am excited about filling in gaps that this has exposed in my life.

Your teaching has already impacted my life. I still have a long way to go in understanding the Word and in practice. I have put my hand to the plow and looked back many times in my life. I am just starting to scratch the surface on being content, understanding the peace that comes with it, and knowing that I can do it through Christ who strengthens me. So I deeply appreciate your in-depth teaching that has already served to strengthen my relationship with the Lord.

A very strange guy who begins his Matthew class by asking you to grab all you know about the Bible or Matthew in particular and put it in the corner somewhere. Then he lets you wrestle with scripture and he is the ref. Forever grateful to have sat down under you Daniel Goepfrich.

Enjoyed the Bible Study Basics course and Theology 101. Looking forward to Theology 201.

Thank you for a great time learning Greek and for taking the time to teach me.
